Northcott Eye on the Storm Kit includes pattern, instructions and fabric to complete the top and binding for a 64" X 76" quilt created by Carl Klop using fabrics from the Falcon Ridge collection from Northcott. The pattern fully explains the Shortcut Sheet method for making HST and QST units. Backing fabric will need to be purchased separately.
